• Design and construction of all electromechanical installations of the administrative building of  Hellenic Steel. (Heating 550.000 kcal/h with natural gas burner , air conditioning 1.000.000 btu/h with fan coils and air ducts for preconditioned air , Electrical installations , telephone and data framed cabling installation , e.t.c.).

• Design and construction of the new central offices of Germanos S.A central Air Conditioning installation. (Fan coils and preconditioned air circulation).

• Design and construction of the heating installation of  Grafo S.A. company. (Industrial Fan heaters and 350.000 kcal/h burner)

• Fire wall and shutters design and construction of  SATO S.A. (Total 12.000 m2 of gypsum boards , 25 fire protection shutter installation).

• Design of   VENETIS S.A Complete Electromechanical Installation. (Design of the heating , air conditioning , industrial aeration , electrical , telephone and data cabling e.t.c. installations).

• Municipality of Kalamaria Air conditioning installation. (Air duct and central air handling unit provision and installation).

• Municipality of Kalamaria theatre scene construction.

• 1000 Thermal heating substation construction for Ptolemaida City. (Manufacturing of 1000 thermal substations for the Ptolemaida city tele-heating project , in cooperation with Siemens - Landis & Staefa Division , and Essie S.A.).

• Various smaller heating and air conditioning installations. (Hundrends of local air conditioning split units and roof units installed in home and business rooms).
